12 ways to be happier

From playfulness to generosity, here’s 12 ways to proactively improve your happiness.

1. Stay playful and creative

2. Find what you love doing – and commit to it

3. Be present

4. Be generous and open

5. Find balance

6. Get some time away from screens

8. Think positive – even when things are difficult

9. Decide what matters – and make that a priority

10. Be resilient

11. Care for people around you – and listen

12. Embrace life, no matter what stage you’re in
