Acai bowls are healthy enough for breakfast and tasty enough for dessert.
Not only are acai bowls absolutely delicious, they are also super high in antioxidants and full of lots of body loving nutrients.
1 smoothie pack of frozen acai (my favourite is Purple Foods)
1.5 frozen bananas
1 tbs raw cacao powder
Optional toppings – berries, sliced banana, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, bee pollen, goji berries, apple, peach, granola or activated buckinis and chopped nuts.
1. Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender or Thermomix until nice and smooth with the consistency of soft serve.
2. Spoon into a bowl and decorate with your favourite toppings.
