Some for baby, some for you! This delicious bircher muesli goes down a treat.
Age: Third month of eating
Makes: 2 (some for bub, some for you)
1⁄4 cup instant oats
1⁄2 cup apple juice
1⁄4 cup water
1 tablespoon full fat natural yoghurt or vanilla yoghurt
1⁄4 cup prepared berries of your choice (fresh or frozen is fine)
1. Combine oats, juice and water in microwave safe jug and place on medium-high for 3 minutes, stirring once.
2. To prepare berries, wash and remove stems as necessary. Chop to a good size for your baby, or puree.
3. Stir yoghurt and berries through cooked oats.
