Focus on optimising health through stress management, diet and exercise.
Workplace stress is a serious business that results in over 20 million sick days each year. While Australians project the image of a relaxed, casual nation, it seems when it comes to our jobs we’re anything but.
New research conducted by the Medibank 24/7 Health Advice Line shows 85% of Australians experience severe stress at work, with half of full-timers feeling seriously pressured most of the year.
As part of Mental Health Week (6 – 13 October) and to help promote effective stress management, Medibank is hosting a free public health seminar in Sydney and Brisbane. Focused on optimising health through stress management, diet and exercise, the seminar will be delivered by trusted health professionals.
