1-2 tbsp AYAM™ Malaysian Sambal Shrimp Paste
1 tbsp vegetable oil
½ garlic clove, chopped
10-15g dried shrimp, soaked in hot water until softened then pounded (optional)
250g green beans, trimmed
2 tablespoons water
1. Heat oil in a wok and sauté the garlic.
2. Add the dried shrimp and stir-fry for 2-3 min.
3. Add shrimp paste and mix well.
4. Add beans, water, and stir-fry for 3-4 min, or until the water has evaporated and the beans are cooked and well coated. Recipe provided by AYAM.
