6 nectarines, halved and stones removed
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon honey
1⁄4 cup flaked almonds, toasted
- Heat butter and honey in a frying pan over medium heat until bubbling.
- Add nectarines, cut side down, and cook until caramelised. Turn nectarines over and quickly heat through.
- Toast waffles and serve topped with caramelised nectarines and toasted almonds.
